1. The service
Facilities Bid Radar is an independent informational service that filters, scores, summarizes, and links to public government opportunity information. We are not SAM.gov, GSA, SBA, a contracting office, or any government agency.
2. Verification is required
Summaries, scores, alerts, dates, locations, classifications, and links may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Official notices and amendments control. You must verify every opportunity, deadline, attachment, requirement, point of contact, and eligibility condition on SAM.gov before relying on it.
3. Eligibility attestation
You may select only set-aside and certification categories your business currently qualifies to claim. By submitting a profile, you confirm your selections are accurate. We do not certify, validate, or guarantee your eligibility. You are responsible for updating the profile when your status changes.
4. No guarantee
We do not guarantee delivery of every relevant opportunity, award eligibility, bid acceptance, revenue, profit, or any business result. Fit scores are screening aids, not recommendations or professional advice.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. The recurring price, billing interval, billing date, and applicable taxes are shown before you submit payment at Stripe Checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file at each renewal.
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal using the same email address used at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. 6. Acceptable use
You may use the service for your own business operations. You may not resell, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or use the service to misrepresent qualifications or violate procurement rules or law.
7. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We may suspend delivery for failed payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or inaccurate account information.
8. Intellectual property
The service design, scoring logic, templates, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Public-source government materials remain subject to their applicable terms.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
